Hot Water Method:
1. Boil 4-5 liters of water in a pot. Remove from heat and immerse the wrap for 3-5 minutes.
2. Remove from the water, wipe it off and check the temperature. If it's too hot, wrap a towel around it before use.

COLD APPLICATION:
1. Refrigerate or freeze gel pack for at least 2 hours.
2. Check the temperature - if it is too cold, wrap a towel around it before applying on your body. In cases of severe injury, wet the towel prior to application for greater cold penetration.
